Assisting Christian parents in training God's children through a Christ-centered education.
Welcome to Timothy Christian School!

The greatest task of Christian parents is teaching our children to know and love the Lord. Founded in Wellsburg by a group of parents in 1941, Timothy Christian School has worked to come alongside Christian parents to provide God-centered courses for their children in kindergarten through eighth grade.  Timothy Christian is a remarkable school in which students are encouraged to use their gifts for a life of service.  Our school strives to teach about our world from a Biblical worldview while encouraging children to think independently and critically.  Please look around our website to learn more about our school and don't hesitate to contact us with any questions!

    All-School Picnic - 6:30 PM

This is a casual event where we will share a meal together and the students can play and catch up from the break.  The school board will provide disposable plates, plastic silverware, hamburgers, hot dogs, individual condiment packets, water, individual chips, and ice cream cups.  All food will be served safely.  The picnic will be outside (weather permitting) to provide opportunities for social distancing.  If families would like to bring food, then it should only be served to their own families.  New families and students will be introduced.  Lockers will be assigned and desks labeled, so students can bring their school supplies this evening.  Parents can sign up for serving lunch and fundraising committees, make hot lunch and tuition payments, and bring in updated information about their children.  Kindergarten and new families are reminded to bring in a copy of their child's birth certificate, physical form, immunization record, dental and eye check forms, and a copy of their medical insurance card.  After the meal, 5th through 8th-grade parents may also gather for a brief meeting regarding internet safety, student Gmail accounts, and Chromebook use. Parents will also receive information about the school calendar, school board contact information, and tuition assistance application opportunities.
